このたびHB Leisureは、日本市場に初めて進出して、その日本事業の立ち上げと成長を担うシニア・オペレーションズ・マネージャーを募集します。新しい事業をゼロから築く貴重な機会であり、事業の拡大に伴って担当範囲や責任が広がる将来性のあるポジションです。

事業開発が重要な役割を占めます。新たな事業機会や出店候補地の発掘・評価、施設運営者や関係者との関係構築、契約交渉、新拠点の立ち上げを主導していただきます。また、現地チームや運営体制の構築に加え、事業の成長に合わせて業績、予算、コンプライアンスの管理も担います。

観光アトラクションおよび複数拠点の運営管理経験をお持ちで、事業開発やチームづくりをリードできる方を求めています。日本語・英語の両方を流暢に使いこなせる方を歓迎します。

Senior Operations Manager - Japan　HB Leisure

Annual salary: ¥10,000,000–¥14,000,000, depending on experience

Work arrangement: Initially home-based, with travel to sites across Japan as required.

Founded by Harold Burt in 1927, HB Leisure has grown from its family arcade roots into a global operator of skill games and family arcades. Today, it works with leading theme parks and attractions at more than 150 sites in over 25 countries and partners include Legoland, Merlin Entertainments, SeaWorld and Six Flags.

HB Leisure is now preparing to enter Japan for the first time and is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to establish and grow its presence in the market. This is a rare opportunity to help build a new business from the ground up, with future scope to take on broader responsibilities as the company expands.

Business development will be a major focus, and you will identify and assess new opportunities and potential sites, build relationships with park operators and other stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and lead the rollout of new locations. You will help establish local teams and operating standards, while overseeing performance, budgets and compliance as the business grows.

We are looking for a commercially minded leader with extensive experience in tourism attractions and multi-site operations. You will bring strong business development, negotiation and people leadership skills, as well as fluency in Japanese and English.
