Redefining luxury relaxation and hospitality in Kyoto: We are seeking an extraordinary "Host," not just a Manager.

HUNDRED bridges the tranquil elegance of Kyoto’s historic Tawaraya Ryokan with the intimate, residential philosophy of Sweden’s Ett Hem ("staying in a home"). This is a unique opportunity to shape a sanctuary where the stay itself becomes the core experience.

The Role:

HUNDRED - Hospitality Manager. Rather than a traditional hotel manager this position requires a true Host (館主), someone who excels at building deep, genuine relationships with global visitors, reads unspoken emotional needs, and delivers quiet, refined hospitality rooted in wellness.

Location: Kyoto, Japan (Initial launch property)

Reporting to: CEO / Executive Vice President

Salary: ¥10,000,000 – ¥12,000,000 JPY

Opening Target: July 2027

We are looking for:

• Operational experience in luxury boutique hotels or high-end traditional Japanese Ryokans.

• Fluent Japanese & Business-Level English.

• A natural passion for wellness, mindfulness, and authentic human connection.

• Proven experience hosting VIPs, creative leaders, or high-net-worth individuals.
