Culinary Leadership Position
We're seeking a talented culinary professional to join our food & beverage team at The Westin Yokohama. This hands-on position combines exceptional culinary skills with leadership responsibilities, reporting directly to the Banquet Chef/Executive Chef while collaborating with the entire F&B management team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Culinary expertise with at least 1 year of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED (2-year culinary degree preferred)
Strong food presentation skills and attention to quality
Experience in banquet operations or high-volume catering environment
Ability to lead and develop kitchen team members
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute banquet food preparation while supervising kitchen staff
Assist in menu development, purchasing, and production planning
Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all banquet offerings
Maintain food safety standards and control costs
Participate in daily event meetings and coordinate production schedules
