Executive Committee Position

We're seeking an experienced HR leader to join our executive team at The Westin Yokohama. This strategic position combines hands-on HR expertise with executive-level business partnership, reporting directly to the General Manager while maintaining a functional relationship with the Regional Senior Director of HR.

  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development

  • Proven track record in leading HR initiatives and managing HR teams
