Executive Committee Position
We're seeking an experienced HR leader to join our executive team at The Westin Yokohama. This strategic position combines hands-on HR expertise with executive-level business partnership, reporting directly to the General Manager while maintaining a functional relationship with the Regional Senior Director of HR.

Strategic mindset with ability to translate business priorities into HR action plans
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
Proven track record in leading HR initiatives and managing HR teams
Key Responsibilities
Drive property-wide HR strategy and execution
Lead talent acquisition and succession planning
Manage compensation strategy and employee development
Champion diversity initiatives and employee engagement
Oversee HR technology and analytics
