Luxury Hospitality Leadership Position

We're seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to oversee our premium Wellness facilities at The Westin Yokohama. This dynamic leadership role manages all aspects of our wellness offerings, including our stunning pool, fitness center, spa services, and specialized wellness programs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• Experience in recreation, health club operations, or related fields

• Educational background in Health Education, Physical Education, or Hospitality Management

• Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise and develop team members

• Bilingual abilities (English/Japanese) highly valued

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all wellness facility operations, including pool, fitness center, and spa

• Manage specialized programs and guest activities

• Ensure impeccable maintenance and cleanliness of all wellness areas

• Coordinate reservations, scheduling, and front desk operations

• Achieve operational goals while maintaining exceptional service standards
